Ultra.ge is one of Georgia’s longest-standing computer and electronics retailers, operating on the local market for over 15 years. The brand combines a network of physical stores across Tbilisi — Avlabari, Dighomi, and Gldani Mall — with a full-featured e-commerce platform serving customers nationwide.

As an official distribution partner for leading international tech brands, Ultra.ge serves both retail customers and corporate clients, offering everything from consumer laptops, gaming gear, and accessories to large-scale B2B technology procurement. The brand’s strong offline reputation made it a household name in Georgian tech retail — but translating that authority into a dominant online presence remained the next strategic frontier.

Our Approach

We began with a comprehensive audit of Ultra.ge’s digital footprint — paid media accounts, product catalog feeds, on-site analytics, and competitive positioning against other major players in the Georgian electronics e-commerce space. Three critical opportunities emerged:

– Ultra.ge’s strong offline reputation wasn’t being translated into online trust signals on product pages.
– Paid campaigns weren’t fully leveraging Google Shopping or dynamic product remarketing at scale.
– Mobile users — over 60% of total traffic — were converting at less than half the rate of desktop visitors.
